Frequently asked questions
Who is this practice for?
Classes are open to everyone, with progressive teaching adapted to each level. Traditional Kung Fu is offered to adults and teenagers aged 14 and over. Tai Chi Chuan and Qi Gong are suitable for beginners and experienced practitioners alike.
Do I need to register before coming?
Not necessarily for a trial class. You can simply arrive a few minutes before class starts. We will welcome you and explain how the session works.
What should I bring to my first class?
Comfortable clothing is recommended: loose trousers, a T-shirt, bare feet or socks, and a bottle of water. The most important thing is simply to come and feel comfortable in your movement.
Can I try both disciplines?
Yes. CAMC offers both traditional Kung Fu and Tai Chi Chuan / Qi Gong, two complementary approaches that can be practised according to your goals, pace and level.
